Here you can talk directly with a goldsmith and discuss everything from jewellery repair to the drawing and planning of jewellery of your own design. Our diamond expert is also onsite daily and can answer all type of questions about your precious stone.
Our silversmiths are happy to give advice on the care and repair of your sterling silver. If you are lucky, you’ll meet one of our masters who has worked here for 45 years, and you’ll get a real bit of history along the way.
Arven shop and production site is located at Sandbrogaten 11, just behind Bryggen in the Bergen city centre. Here handsome old wooden chests stand guard over lovely, graceful sterling silver. You will see equipment that is more than 100 years old working alongside modern technology. Large, powerful machines stamp out the makings of new treasures every day. When these behemoths are running, their force literally shakes the entire building.
