Prices/Payment
All prices are quoted in NOK and are inclusive of VAT.
Uni Webshop offers secure payment with VISA/Mastercard via PayEx.
Delivery
Ordered items are shipped with Posten Norway, and shipping at Uni Nettbutikk is kr. 99, -.
Your package will usually be shipped within 2 business days after we have received the payment as long as we have the items in stock. The package will be delivered to the recipient within 3-8 business days after the payment is registered, depending on where you live.
Right of cancellation/Complaints
If you are not satisfied you have an unconditional right of cancellation within 14 days (according to the Purchase Act).
If you regret your purchase, you shall pay your return shipping.
In case of faults or incorrect goods we will also refund the freight and ship a new item at no additional cost.
NB! For hygienic reasons, underwear can not be exchanged/returned.
